March 19th

Today in gym, we continued playing Sledge hockey - unfortunately, Canada lost 2-1 in the Paralympic final to the USA in overtime. In science, we continued working on models and Aurasma overlays for our solar system. The model will be complete and up by Thursday evening, in time for Student Led Conferences. In math, we made mystic roses. To make a mystic rose, you need to know:

- Division
- How to measure degrees with a protractor
- Draw straight lines with a ruler
​- Draw a circle with a compass

The book fair is happening this week! We checked it out this afternoon and made wishlists. If your child wants to buy something, please check the list they made. It will also be open during Student Led conferences on Thursday and Friday.
