Today we had an assembly about what every class in the school has been doing. In gym we did Indy 500 with added elements of Mr. Vanderlinden throwing dodgeballs at us. We are starting to research the municipal election in social studies.

If you have not brought in your field trip forms, then please do so ASAP next week as we go on our trip on Thursday.

Tomorrow is the Terry Fox run! Please bring a "Toonie for Terry" if you can. Our run will begin at approximately 9:00 AM, parents and guardians are welcome to attend.

Today we continued working on a visual journal page about the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Today we did the Beep Test in PE to get ready for the Terry Fox run on Thursday. We focussed on Terry Fox almost all of the day.

Today we worked on some algebra - we're trying to figure out "scaling factors" for when we start building out model of Calgary!

We also worked on a Terry Fox shoe where we are writing words and quotes about the resiliency that Terry Fox and The Hugging Tree showed.
